Hi Judith, I remember reading in a book of yours several years ago about how even deeply committed we may be with our partners, that highly sensitive folks may need to sleep alone occasionally. I was so moved by that as I felt guilty about how I felt in my first marriage being unable to relax completely at night. Now, don't laugh, I am in my second marriage and a king size tempurpedic bed has made all the difference. I do have a completely different relationship with this wonderful man and I feel very comfortable with him but still the lack of movement provided by the mattress is great. Also, I LOVE using a weighted blanket. Mine was 14 pounds, 10% of my body weight plus a pound. Hard to describe the peace I feel. You have to try it! Thanks for your work!
