Animation and Infatuation
Question: How can one discern the difference between animation
and infatuation? Is this someone I should meet or a pubescent crush?
I'm 33 and acting like a hormone-crazed teenager
Answer: My sense of you is that you are a very passionate person who is seeking a powerful connection with someone. Whenever you want to know the difference between intuition and some emotion, close your eyes, center yourself at the point beneath your belly button. Ask for the intensity of the feeling to lift so you can get in touch with where you're really coming from. In my book 'Intuitive Healing' I go into the difference between lust and love. One telling sign is that sexual intensity exists without any significant spiritual, emotional or mental connecting points. Plus with love there's a feeling of emotional safety, which may only come with time.
