Now that my heart has been broken Open, and I know that I need to learn Self Worth to never be in a masochistic relationship again, how can I protect myself while I'm healing?

Answer: Dear Renana

Bravo for your declaration that you will never be in a masochistic relationship again! Now, you have to become fierce about setting boundaries with toxic people. In my workshops and books I talk about how "No is a complete sentence." When something or someone doesn't feel right, no matter how charming they are, don't let them into your life. Now is the time for you to work on yourself, do the daily 3 minute heart meditation to get used to opening your heart. Also choose friends that love and respect your heart, that want the best for you. Then give and receive love with these blessed soul friends. They will help you protect your heart too!
