There are five types of people in nearly every workplace guaranteed to get under our skin: The narcissist, the anger addict, the passive-aggressive, the guilt-tripper and the gossip.
That's according to leading psychiatrist Dr Judith Orloff who called them "the main annoying people at work".
In her book The Ecstasy of Surrender she said the best way to deal with a narcissist is to "really stroke their egos and frame everything in terms of how it will serve them".
