Summary of Article

Regret is a natural part of life. It’s helpful to remember that these are experiences to learn from, not beat ourselves up over. Regret is an intense emotion that will only keep us feeling bad, which is why forgiveness is so important. While some regrets may be perceived as bigger than others, like not taking care of our heath vs. an argument with a colleague, they all serve our greater good. The key is to accept the experience and let it go. It is also important to remember that prayer and meditation create positive energy and can clean out feelings of regret. Then we can allow the emotion of forgiveness and love to flow through our bodies. In this Chicago Tribune article, I share how to let go so that you can live life to the fullest.
