Do you recommend Ozempic for empaths who tend to protect themselves from stress by overeating?

Answer: Thank you for bringing this topic up. Ozempic has many benefits, such as weight loss, better control of diabetes or high blood sugar, and an increase in overall health. It can lead to more contentment with the shape of one’s body and the shedding of weight. However, it has side effects such as constipation, diarrhea, stomach pain, and pancreatic problems. Plus, it is very expensive if your insurance doesn’t cover it. For empaths, many of whom are emotional sponges for the stress of the world, they will still absorb these unhealthy energies, and will need to practice protection techniques such as setting healthy boundaries, meditation, and visualizations to protect against the buildup of stress.

I’m not sure what the ultimate answer will be with Ozempic, but I think it is wise for empathic people to learn how to center and protect themselves in healthy ways, and eat a nutrition-rich diet (significantly lower sugar and carbs). I also recommend following the techniques in my book Positive Energy to learn how to intuitively attune with the right food choices for you and diffuse stress so it doesn’t build in your body.

All the best,
Judith
