With today’s busy lifestyle we tend to find ourselves obsessed with improving our energy level and having more positive energy. We look for more ways to refuel so that we can have energy to carry out tasks and goals. In our efforts to find more energy, we sometimes engage in relationships and behaviors that produce the opposite effect – that suck our energy and leave us feeling exhausted. In this interview with USA Today, and based off of my book Positive Energy, I share common situations that might be robbing us of our energy and how to reset and regain positive energy again.
