Empath Support & Community
Dear Fellow Empaths:
I welcome you to the empath support page. My goal is to empower empaths to fully embrace their sensitivities and manage the challenges of being a highly
sensitive person. As a physician and an empath myself, I know how important it is for empaths to gather in community. I've created this page to
support empaths and to educate their loved ones who may need guidance coping with our sensitivities!
Please check out my book The Empath’s Survival Guide: Life Strategies for Sensitive People. This book is for everyone who wants to learn all about empaths and their experiences. The topics in the book include health, weight, relationships, love, work, parenting sensitive children, combating narcissists
and other energy vampires, protection techniques & celebrating the gift of sensitivity. I also invite you to participate in the Facebook Empath Support Group by submitting questions, comments, and feelings about the journey of being
an empath. I hope you enjoy this page and that it inspires you to embrace the true gift of being an empath.

Adapted from Dr. Judith Orloff's ” The Empath's Survival Guide: Life Strategies for Sensitive People,” a guidebook for empaths and all caring people who want to keep their hearts open in an often-insensitive world.
“Being a sensitive empath is a beautiful thing as an artist”
Some jobs are more satisfying and less stressful for empaths than others. As an empath, myself, I know that to excel in and enjoy our work, we must
make the most of our sensitivities. We must express our intuition, our thoughtfulness, our quietness, and our creativity rather than trying to be someone
The Best Careers for Empath
In my book, “The Empath’s Survival Guide” I present the pros and cons of certain careers and working conditions for sensitive people. Traditionally,
empaths do better in lower stress, solo jobs, or with smaller companies. They are usually happiest working part or full time at home, away from the
