The Healing Power of Tears

Share

For over twenty years as physician, I’ve witnessed, time and again, the healing power of tears. Tears are your body’s release valve for stress, sadness, grief, anxiety, and frustration. Also, you can have tears of joy, say when a child is born or tears of relief when a difficulty has passed. In my own life, I am grateful when I can cry. Share

Over the many years of developing my intuition I’ve learned that as one begins to open up to it they start to get a sense of the bliss, joy, and pleasure that is all around them. Many of us cannot let that much pleasure in as we’re more comfortable staying with our own problems. I encourage you to develop your intuition and awareness of energy so you can inherently sense the ecstasy that is everywhere….
